Stephanie Paugh is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and parents. Stephanie is passionate about assisting clients in addressing areas of adjustment, self-esteem, anxiety, hyperactivity, substance use, depression, autism, grief and loss, and dealing with divorce. Stephanie believes that providing support and education to parents, as well as their children, can significantly improve the well-being of clients.
Stephanie Paugh has over 10 years of professional experience as a licensed mental health counselor. Stephanie began counseling at a small community clinic, expanded her expertise to working with children and adolescents in school and residential settings, and later advanced to be Clinical Director in a treatment facility for adolescents with mental health and substance use challenges. Throughout her career Stephanie has been invested in helping children and families overcome emotional, learning, behavioral, and relational concerns.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from University of Central Florida in 2005. She also earned a Masters of Arts degree with a focus in mental health counseling from University of Central Florida in 2010. While earning her degree, she completed research in areas of emotional intelligence and motivation. Stephanie also provided therapeutic services to individuals and families in her internships with hospice and local high schools in Orlando.
